    1 package Shady Brook Farms extra lean ground turkey (20.8 oz)
    1 cup reduced fat feta cheese
    1/2 cup sliced olives
    1 tsp dried oregano
    1 tsp Italian seasoning
    1 tsp dried parsley
    1 tsp onion powder
    1/2 tsp garlic powder


Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
Form into 5 patties.

    These are absolutely fantastic! I made them for dinner tonight, and am about to eat another for lunch. Wonderful on a whole wheat bun with a big slice of tomato and a little light mayo. I added some fresh spinach to mine, with wonderful results. Thank you! - 12/20/08

    This turkey burger was very good--I love to try different recipes with ground turkey, and this was tasty! We had them on 100 calorie sandwich thins and added tomato, avocado, lettuce and onion. Yum! - 10/12/10

  • Incredible!
    That was by FAR the best Turkey burger I have ever had! It was fantastic and even my kids loved it! even some of the ones who aren't hamburger fans! two thumbs up!! Will definitely be repeating this recipe. I didn't have feta cheese, so we used cheddar and garlic salt instead of garlic powder - 7/18/10
