    3 cup Bob's Red Mill Almond Meal/Flour (1/4 cup is 28g)
    24 tsp Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
    0.33 cup Cranberries, dried (unsweetened) (by DHARMAHEART)
    3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1.5 cup homemade chunky applesauce w/splenda (by SLEEPYPAULA)
    2 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1 cup, chopped Walnuts
    2 tsp Baking Powder
    1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    .25 tsp Nutmeg, ground
    12 tbsp Sunspire Unsweetened Carob Chips (by KATVHALE)

add more applesauce for dry mix.


Directions

mix all ingredients to bind and thoroughly mixed. spray a loaf pan with pam. place mix in pan, and cook approx. 90-100 minutes. test for doneness, remove. leave to cool, remove
