    273.0 Grams Onions, raw
    1.0 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Sweet peppers (bell)
    270.0 Grams Celery, raw
    250.0 Grams Mushrooms, fresh
    3.0 clove Garlic
    3.0 serving Tesco Italian Chopped Tomatoes 400g tin
    224.0 Grams Carrots, raw
    17.7 serving Beef Oxo Cube 5.90 g
    6.0 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce
    1.0 serving(s) Tesco Double Concentrate Tomato Puree 45g
    1.0 serving(s) Italian Mixed Herbs 1 tablespoon

Directions

Dry fry lamb Mince until Brown, drain off excess fat. Finely chop onions, add to mince and cook until onions are soft. Finely chop celery, bell pepper, cartots and garlic then add to the mince. Add the chopped tomatoes, mixed herbs, sangria, oxo cubes, smoked paprika, Worcestershire sauce, tomato puree, Stevia, cinnamon, parmesan cheese and stir until all blended. Simmer for an hour. Slice up mushrooms and add to the pot and stir until combined. Leave to simmer for another 20 minutes stirring occasionally. Serve with pasta of your choice but pasta isn't included in this recipe.
