Ingredients

    2 cup, grated Carrots, raw
    2 clove Garlic
    24 oz 93% Lean Ground Beef
    4 cup Cabbage, napa
    1 serving Pepper, Red, Crushed, McCormick (All) (by JERRYB213)
    1 tbsp Eden Selected Toasted Sesame Oil
    1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
    2 tbsp Honey
    4 tbsp Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce

Directions

1. Wash and dry the fresh produce.
2. peel the carrots, trim off the ends, discard the peels and trimmings. Using a box grater, coarsely grate the carrots and transfer to a large bowl.
3. Trim off and discard the root end of the cabbage: quarter the cabbage lengthwise then thinly slice crosswise into shreds and add to the bowl with the carrots.
4. Preheat a skillet over medium high heat.
5. While the skillet heats up, trim off and discard the root ends of the garlic: peel and mince or press the garlic.
6. In a small bowl, combine and whisk together soy sauce sesame oil and honey.
7. Once the skillet is hot, add oil and swirl to coat the bottom (olive oil or Sesame)
8. Add the minced garlic and crushed red pepper to the skillet cook until fragrant 15-30 seconds.
9. add the beef to the skillet cook the beef breaking apart with a spoon, until browned and crumbly 3 to 5 minutes
10. Once the beef is cooked add the carrots, and cabage to the skillet, Cook, stirring continuously, until the cabbage is wilted, 2 - 4 minutes.
11. pour the sauce over the stir-fry. stir and cook for another 1 to 2 minutes.
12. To serve, spoon the stir fry into a bowl and garnish with the sesame seeds.
