    Carrot, 1 medium grated/shredded
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (can substitute mayo)
    Mayonnaise, regular (mayo), 2 tbsp (can use reduced fat but not as tasty)
    Yellow Mustard, .5 tsp or 1 packet (to taste)
    Cider Vinegar, 2 tbsp
    Dill weed, dried, .approx 25 tsp (to taste)
    Salt & Pepper


Directions

Makes 8 1/2 cup servings
Mix all ingrediants and serve
