Introduction

All the recipes I found had cheese. A cream of soup adds the moisture & smooth texture that usually is supplied by cheese. Use your favorite condensed cream of to flavor it up. Ingredients

    1 can campbell's healthy request cream of chicken
    1 box (7 ounces) Rice a Roni Chicken flavor (3.5 sags per box)
    2 cup, chopped Broccoli, fresh
    2 tbsp Butter, salted
    1 can (10 oz) Swanson Chicken Fat Free Chicken Broth Less Sodium
    16 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted, cut into bite sized pieces

Tips

You can find other ways to lower the sodium, by making your own 'cream of' soup for this.


Directions

In a large skillet, Cook rice a roni per package directions, substituting chicken broth for water. Add in cut up broccoli for last 5 minutes of rice a roni cook. Add in chicken and soup, stir well and cover to warm all ingredients on low for 2-4 minutes.
