Ingredients

    4.5 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
    6 tbsp Butter, salted
    9 tsp Granulated Sugar
    1 ounce Yeast, bakers
    1 tsp Salt
    1.67 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A

Directions

Proof yeast with milk and half of the sugar
Mix all ingredients together
Knead 8-12 min
Proof in a covered bowl 90 min
Shape loaf in prepped pan let rise 15-20 mim
Preheat oven to 350°f
Bake for 40-45 min
Remove from pan and cool completely before cutting
