Ingredients

    2 lbs Ground beef
    1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    2 packets of McCormick Chili Seasoning Mix
    3 cans of diced Tomatoes
    1 large can of Beans, red kidney

Tips

I use the McCormick Organic Chili Mix, because it is certified gluten free. You can use any other mix, of course, or make your own! I also like to add a bit more flavor to mine, so one of my cans of tomatoes is actually a can of tomatoes and green chilies!


Directions

Sautee the onions, then add the ground beef. Cook until thoroughly browned, then drain the fat. Return to the pot with the remainder of the ingredients. If necessary, add a half cup of water to make it "juicy" enough.

Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for a minimum of ten minutes.
