Ingredients

    8oz Reduced fat cream cheese
    4oz Light sour cream
    1Cup powdered sugar
    1Tbsp Vanilla extract
    0.25 tsp Almond extract
    1pt whipping cream
    Angel food cake (store bought is fine)
    3 Cups granulated sugar (may substitute w/ Splenda)
    3Tbsp Almond extract

Directions

Cream mixture of cream cheese & powdered sugar. Add sour cream, vanilla extract and 1/4 tsp Almond extract. After whipping the whipping cream in a separate bowl, add it to the mixture and set aside. Add broken pieces of angel food cake to mixture (pieces should be about 1inch in size and bought cake is fine to use). In a separate bowl, mix granulated sugar and 3 Tbsp Almond extract. Put half of the this mixture in a separate container. Add blueberries to this container and mix. Add strawberries to the other container with sugar mixture. In a clear bowl or trifle dish, layer cake mixture, blueberries, and strawberry mixture until finished. Top with berries. Sit in refrigerator for a few hours, then enjoy! Splenda version is 177 cal per serv.
