Ingredients

    5.75 Cup Stewed Tomatoes, Canned, No salt
    6.0 fl oz Heavy Whipping Cream
    3.0 clove Garlic
    2.0 tbsp Basil
    1.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1.0 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated for topping

Directions

Combine all ingredients, cook in pressure cooker for 30 mins. Allow to cool slightly, blend with immersion blender until smooth in consistency.
