Ingredients

    1 cup Crab Meat (lump) (by BOOZERS)
    16 oz Shrimp, raw
    16 oz Scallops, raw
    2 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    1 tbsp Better than Boullion Vegetable Base (by APPIFANIE)
    5 tsp Cajun Seasoning (by KARENWP08)
    4 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Red Ripe Tomatoes
    2 tbsp Peppers, sweet, red, fresh
    1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1.5 cup Spinach, fresh
    2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw
    4 cup Squash - Yellow and Zucchini

Directions

Make boullion and add onion, celery, red pepper and tomato. Boil for 10 minutes. Add spinach, zucchini and yellow squash and Cajun seasoning and boil another 10 minutes. Add crab and scallops and boil 5 minutes. Add shrimp and serve as soon as shrimp is cooked through.
