    1 serving (Walmart) Great Value All Natural Dried Cranberries 1/3 cup (40g)= 1 serving
    4 oz Bumblebee Very Low Sodium Chunk White Albacore Tuna (by DREALEE)
    .5 medium (2-3/4" dia) (approx 3 Apples, fresh with skin
    3 tbsp Kraft Light Mayo
    1 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk)
    1 cup Spinach, fresh

Directions

mix all ingr. except spinach and Then place on top of fresh spinach leaves.
