Ingredients

    2.0 cup Birds eye riced cauliflower
    1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1.0 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
    1.0 tsp Oregano, ground
    1.0 tsp Garlic
    0.25 1tsp Olive Oil

Directions

Cook the cauliflower rice. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and pulse a few times until blended. Spread onto sprayed cooking sheet to about 1/4 inch thickness. Bake at 450° for 10-13 minutes or until beings to brown. Top with your favorite toppings and out under the broiler 3 min to melt the cheese.
