Ingredients

    1 large Red Bell pepper
    2 cups Chick Peas / Garbanzo beans
    1 tbsp Tahini
    1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive oil
    2 tbsp Water
    1/4 cup Lemon juice
    3 cloves Garlic
    2 Finger Hots peppers
    1 Serrano Pepper
    1 Jalapeno Pepper
    2 small Habanero peppers
    1 tsp ground Cumin
    1 1/2 tsp Black pepper

Tips

If you are using a Vitamix and you don't have Tahini you can swap 1/4 cup sesame seeds instead. NOTES: this will thicken up once in the fridge. Prep time doesn't include roasting time for the pepper - store bought could be used in its place.


Directions

Roast off red pepper and remove the skin.

Mix red pepper and it's juice from baking along with the remaining ingredients as listed into a Vitamix or high powered blender or food processor.

For Vitamix , select Variable 1 and turn machine on and slowly increase speed to Variable 10, then to High. For blender use puree mode and food processor just process until smooth. With any method add more water a tablespoon at a time if needed for a smoother consistency to your liking.
