Ingredients

0.25 tsp Garlic powder
0.25 tsp Onion powder
0.25 tsp Paprika
1.5 tsp Salt
1.0 tbsp Lemon juice
0.5 cup, chopped Carrots, raw
1.0 cup diced Potato, raw
2.66 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4.0 Tbspn Red Star, Nutritional Yeast, Vegetarian Support Formula
2.0 serving Barilla Plus Elbow pasta(1 Cup cooked)
Directions
- Cut and boil carrots and skinned potatos for 20 minutes or until soft
- Cook and drain pasta
- Mix water, olive oil, lemon juice, nutritional yeast, and all spices in a small bowl
- Add that mixture along with the drained soft carrots and potatoes to a blender and blend until smooth
- Return the pasta to the pot and add cheese sauce
- Stir until evenly distributed and serve
