1 tbsp chia seeds
10 serving bing cherries (per cherry)
0.25 oz Almonds, Market Pantry - Slivered = 20 Almonds
.1 gram(s) Cinnmon, Ground (by DGILBRIDE1949)
.15 tsp Nutmeg, ground
4 tsp unpacked Brown Sugar
1.25 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A
Tips
Omitting the chia seeds will cause the oats to be more milky.
Adding additional chia or other grain will cause more milk to be absorbed into the grains
Directions
1) Chop Cherries
2) Combine dry ingredients and cherries in a suitable container with a tight fitting lid
3) Add milk
4) Refrigerate overnight or at minimum 1 hour
5) serve/ enjoy
