Ingredients

1 medium potato
1 small carrot
2 scallions
1 stick of celery
1/2 a green pepper
1 clove of garlic, crushed
50grms butter
30grms of porridge oats / breadcrumbs (if you use breadcrumbs the nutritional values will change)
1 tspn of woscesterchire sauce
50ml water
1/2 a teaspoon of curry powder or paste
1/2 a teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon olive oil to fry
Directions
! Cut the celery, scallions and pepper anto 1/2cm dice - very small
2 Peel garlic and dice finely. Wash, peel and grate the carrot and potato
3 Melt butter, sauté all veg very gently over a low heat for 3 minutes
4 Stir in oats, water, Woscesterchire sauce, salt, pepper and curry paste/powder. Cook, stirring for 3 minutes
5 Spread mixture on a plate, put aside to cool and set
6 Divide into 4 pieces, form into burgers using a little flour
7 Fry burgers in 1 tablespoon of olive oil over a medium heat until brown - 6mins on each side. Drain on kitchen paper
Serve with a green salad
