Ingredients

    Cider Vinegar, 3 tbsp
    Olive Oil, 3 tbsp
    Granulated Sugar, 6 tsp
    Mustard seed, yellow, .25 tsp
    Pepper, black, .25 tsp
    Pepper, red or cayenne, .25 tsp
    Cabbage, fresh, 3 cup, shredded
    Carrots, raw, 1 cup, strips or slices

Directions

combine vinegar, oil, sugar, mustard seed, pepper, and cayenne pepper.

combine cabbage and carrots in bowl, toss with vinaigrette. chill 2 to 24 hours.

    My husband liked this! My daughter and I found it a little too spicy -in the peppery way.
    This may because I modified the recipe with Splenda??
