Ingredients

    1 chicken breast, no skin
    1 tbsp margarine
    2 tbsp green bell peppers, diced
    2 tbsp red bell peppers, diced
    1 tbsp onion, diced
    1 oz lemon juice concentrate
    1 red potato with skin, cubed
    6 brussel sprouts

Directions

Put chicken, lemon, margarine, onions and bell peppers into a small crock-pot. Add ½ cup water. Cook on high 2 hours. Add potato cubes and brussel sprouts and cook on high for 1 hour. Make sure all vegetables are submerged into liquid mixture. After 1 hour, adjust heat to low. Cook 1 additional hour. Put all ingredients on a plate and top chicken with 2 tbs Kraft Ranch dressing.

Serve with small lettuce salad with 5 cherry tomatoes. Top salad with 10 sprays of Wish Bone Balsamic Breeze Salad Spritzer. Add an 8 oz glass of Crystal Light Raspberry lemonade for 0 calories.

    O.K.
    I tried this recipe and it just didn't taste well. I added so much salt and pepper after in order to make it have some flavor and still wasn't satisfied with this one. - 10/29/12
