Ingredients

1.75 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
    2 tsp Baking Powder
    1.5 cup Dairy, Milk - Whole - 1 cup
    .33 cup Applesauce, sweetened
    4 large Egg white, fresh
1 tsp Vanilla extract, imitation, alcohol

Tips

My cooker only makes 2 little Belgian waffles at a time. They take 3 minutes each batch, 2/3 cup per batch. Every cooker is different on amount and time of cooking for desired texture. These are filling waffles I can eat with zero guilt. My husband likes them better than the regular waffles. Enjoy.

Directions

Put eggs in blender and whip
Turn off blender then add flower, baking powder, apple sauce, milk and vanilla in that order.

Run blender on medium to high speed until creamy and fluffy.

Pour into prepared waffle iron and cook according to iron directions to desired doneness.

Serving Size: makes 10 servings using 1/3 cup of batter. Maybe less if batter is not fluffy.
