Ingredients

    2 tbsp Daisy Light Sour Cream
    2 tbsp Mayonnaise, Hellmans Real Mayo
    1 serving Chobani 0% Plain Greek Yogurt (5.3 oz)
    1 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
    1/4 tsp Salt
    2.5 oz Blue Cheese
    1/4 tsp Pepper, black
    1 tsp Lime Juice - ReaLime 100% Lime Juice

Tips

If dressing is to thick for presence, add milk a spoonful at a time until desired consistency.

We prefer using a Danish blue, it's much milder than Roquefort or gorgonzola.

Feel free to use a lighter fat content mayo. The sour cream can be omitted altogether, but add an extra spoonful or so of mayo. Taste test after an hour to see if salt and/or vinegar should be slightly increased.


Directions

• Thoroughly mix all ingredients except for blue cheese.
• Crumble 1/3 of blue cheese into dressing and mash cheese into the mix.
• Crumble and add rest of cheese. Stir and distribute cheese crumbles.
• Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour, so flavor can develop.
