Ingredients

    6 1/4 cups Coleslaw blend (Cabbage and Carrot Blend)
    1/2 Cup Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt
    3.5 TBSP Red Wine
    3T Granulated Sugar
    1 tsp Salt
    1/8 tsp Black Pepper


Tips

5 minutes to prepare. At least 30 minutes to chill/blend


Directions

Used Bagged coleslaw mix (16oz, abt 6.25 cups) or shred your own cabbage and carrots.

1) In a small bowl mix yogurt, vinegar, sugar salt and pepper until smooth
2) Place slaw blend in a large bowl. Pour yogurt mixture over top. Stir to coat.
3) Cover and refrigerate at least 30 mins.
