    2.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1.0 serving Red Bell Pepper (one medium pepper)
    3.0 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh
    10.0 cup Earthbound Farm Organic Power Greens
    4.0 serving Bragg - Premium Nutritional Yeast Seasoning (1Tbsp/5g)
    1.0 tbsp Curry powder
    2.0 large whole (3" dia) Red Ripe Tomatoes

Directions

dry saute onions add mushrooms, bell peppers & tomatoes add cut-up tofu add spinach stir occasionally until wilted add untraditional yeast add curry salt (sparingly) and pepper serve with Cholula or siracha .. etc
