Ingredients

1 lb Ground beef
1 medium Onion, finely chopped
4 clove Garlic, minced
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 1/2 cup Peas, fresh
4 cups Cabbage, finely sliced
2 cups Eggplant, peeled & diced
2 cups Tomatoes, diced
4 tbsp biryani curry paste ( cilantro, garlic, ginger, oil, cardamom, cloves, nutmeg, tomatoes, curry leaves, rampe leaf, salt )
Directions
In a pan on medium heat, fry chopped onion and garlic in oil until golden brown. Remove onion and garlic from the pan, increase heat, and add ground beef and fry, stirring so there are no lumps.
When the meat is browned, reduce heat, return the onion and garlic to the pan along with the cabbage, eggplant, green peas, and curry paste.. Stir well and cook for five minutes.
Add diced onions, cover pan, and simmer for 30 to 40 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Serve.
Serving Size: Makes 4 generous servings
