Ingredients

    20 small (1" dia) Strawberries, fresh
    40 gram(s) Dream Whip Whipped Topping Mix (1 dry packet) (by ANDREAG89)
    8 tsp Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking
    1 tbsp Tapioca Starch (by FRESHSTART469)
    1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    2 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Tips

Using less almond milk than the regular milk called for will insure that the cream will whip.


Directions

Cut up in bits, 4 strawberries in a small bowl. Cover them with 6 tsp. Of Splenda and mash slightly to release juices and stir. Set aside. In a small saucepan, put 1 cup water, the tapioca starch, 2 tsp. Splenda and stir. Heat on low until thickened., adding strawberry extract and a few drops of red food coloring. It should resemble pie filling. Add the crushed strawberry mixture to this and stir. Set aside. Add to the dream whip packet, the almond milk and vanilla and whip at high speed 2 minutes. Place 4 strawberries
halved, in each custard dish. Top with 2 T. Filling and 2 T. Cream topping. Refrigerate.
