Ingredients

    16 oz Chicken - Foster Farms Boneless Skinless Thin Cut Chicken Breast
    2.5 cup Giant Eagle Smooth Essentials Nonfat plain Yogurt
    .25 cup Lemon Juice
    4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    3 tbsp Dill weed, dried
    1 tsp Salt
    .5 tsp Pepper, black
    .5 tbsp Basil
    6 clove Garlic

Tips

Not included in nutrition count, but I also like to make extra mixture of yogurt, lemon juice, dill, and garlic to put on chicken after it is done cooking. Adds more tang.


Directions

Mix all ingredients but chicken together in gallon ziplock bag and massage to mix. Add chicken breasts, coating each breast in mixture. Lay flat in fridge for at least 4 hours, but it is better if left overnight. Transfer all contents to large glass baking dish, bake at 350 for 35 minutes or until meat comes to 165 degrees.
