Ingredients

    14 oz Atlantic Pollock (fish)
    5 can Tuna, Canned in Light Oil
    1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1 cup Bell peppers (Green, Red, Yellow, Orange)
    1 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" lon Celery, raw
    1 medium Carrots, raw
    12 jumbo Black Olives
    100 grams Cilantro, raw
    1 cup Tomato Sauce
    .25 serving Vegetable boullion - 1 cube (by SANOURRA)
    2 tbsp Ketchup, Heinz
    2 tbsp Canola Oil
    1 cup diced Potato, raw

Tips

Stew can be freezed and used later on the week for pasta, or any starch.


Directions

Saute all veggies in a large pot. Add unsalted pollock and drained tuna, tomato sauce, bouillon, ketchup and cook on medium for 15 minutes. Add a cup of water and add potatos to stew and cook on medium for 30 minutes or until it thickens (will look like chili in thickness). Turn off stove and add cilantro and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
For turnovers, please add 1/2 cup of AP flour to dry up mixture as filling, stuff the turnover dough and fry.
