Ingredients

    1.0 serving(s) Tru Roots Just Green Pea Fusilli Pasta
    1.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    0.5 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Red Ripe Tomatoes
    2.0 tbsp Basil
    1.0 serving Chicken: Grilled Chicken Breast Strips, 3 oz/serving
    1.0 tbsp red wine vinegar
    Optional salt and pepper

Directions

Boil pasta to el dente (6 minutes). Chop tomatoes and basil. Drain and rinse pasta under cold water. Mix in oil, vinegar, tomatoes and basil. Add salt and pepper to taste. There you go.
