    200 grams Green Peppers (bell peppers)
    100 grams Scallions, raw
    50 grams Parsley
    20 grams Cider Vinegar
    3 dash Salt
    135 grams Tuna, Canned in Water, drained

The salad is really tasty and especially fresh as it is. If you wish, you can add some olive oil, but it will increase the calorie intake.


Directions
