Ingredients

    2 1tsp Olive Oil
12 oz Turkey Spicy Italian Sausage (by ROXHUDSON)
16 oz Chicken Tyson All Natural BoneLess SkinLess Chicken Breasts (GS)
    1 tsp Salt
    .5 cup Tomato Sauce
    12 oz Orzo, Barilla, uncooked
    .5 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
    1 tbsp Basil
    .5 cup Mushrooms, canned
3 cup Campbell's low sodium chicken broth
    1 small Onions, raw

Directions

1. Place a pot over medium-high heat; add oil. Brown crumbled sausage, breaking up pieces as they cook. Add chopped onion. Cook and stir until sausage is nicely browned, about 5 minutes. Add chicken breasts that have been cut into 3/4 inch chunks. Cook and stir until chicken begins to turn opaque, about 1 or 2 minutes. Add salt.
2. Stir in chicken broth, tomato sauce, canned mushrooms and basil. Raise heat to high and bring mixture to a simmer. Stir in the orzo and a pinch of salt. Reduce heat to medium until pasta is almost tender and most of the liquid is absorbed, 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent it from sticking to the bottom of the pot. Remove from heat. Add grated cheese and stir. Garnish as you please with herbs, chives, etc.
