Ingredients

    1.0 leek Leeks
    6.0 serving Baked Red Potato - Small (1.75-2.5" diameter)
    4.0 cup College Inn Chicken Broth - 99% Fat Free
    2.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1.0 serving Chobani 0% Plain Greek Yogurt (5.3 oz)
    1.0 cup Sour Cream

Directions

Saute leeks in olive oil til tender. Add p pi gates and broth. Pressure cook for 8 minutes minutes and allow pressure to dissipate. Puree and add yogurt and sour cream. Season to taste
