    16.0 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean
    2.0 cup Green Giant Whole Kernel Sweet Corn
    2.0 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth
    4.0 cup Spinach, fresh
    3.0 serving Avacado (Whole)
    2.0 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk)
    5.0 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    1.0 tsp Cumin seed
    2.0 tsp Cayenne Pepper (Ground)
    0.5 tbsp Chili powder
    2.0 tsp Garlic powder

Directions
