Introduction

Once you make this dressing, store bought flavor will never be the same. It’s a really simple recipe and so worth those extra minutes freshly grating your cheese. Ingredients

12 tbsp Mayo, Primal Kitchen avocado oil
    6 anchovy Anchovy (anchovies)
    1 clove Garlic
    1 dash Salt
    0.25 cup Lemon Juice
    0.3 tbsp White Wine Vinegar
    8 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated

Directions

Now, this is where it all matters. This part is going to make this recipe a mouth watering adventure, or a blah garlicky anchovy-y sauce. Pounding, and blending, and pounding, and mixing will make this dressing your one and only. Measure out your mayo and set in a bowl. Add a pinch of salt to your garlic and pound it until it is a watery paste. I use my trusted mortar and pestle. Transfer the garlic mix to your mayo. Rinse the mortar and pestle and use it to make your anchovy paste. Really use your muscles to work this one. You do not want anyone to recognize the anchovies in the dressing but just feel their presence. Add the anchovy paste to the mayo mix, followed by lemon juice, vinegar and freshly grated Parmesan cheese. Mix all of the ingredients to blend it well and then use your will power not to devour the entire batch. I would say this can be roughly 8 servings.
