Ingredients

    2.0 cup Quinoa & Brown Rice (Seeds of Change)
    6.0 spear, medium (5-1/4" to 7" long) Asparagus, fresh
    8.0 oz Broccoli Cole Slaw fresh mix
    1.0 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh
    12.0 oz Shrimp, cooked
    2.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    3.0 tsp Ginger Root
    2.0 clove Garlic
    4.0 tbsp Soy sauce (tamari)

Directions

Chop vegetables into bite sized pieces.Stir fry shrimp with half oil, garlic and ginger. Remove from pan. Fry vegies with remaining oil and spices. Remove from pan. Fry rice in pan with tamari and add shrimp and vegies back in. Toss one more minute
