Ingredients

    12 Italian tomato Red Ripe Tomatoes
    3 cup, sliced Zucchini (about 2 whole zucchini)
    1 small Onions, raw
    6 cloves Garlic
    2 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh
    1 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers)
    1 cup Spinach, fresh
    1 tsp raw sugar
    1 tbsp Olive Oil
    18 oz can Hunt's Tomatoes Paste, 100% Natural
    2 cup water
    Basil, oregano,
    minced dried garlic

Directions

Chop up all the vegetables, and add them into your slow cooker. Add the sugar, oil, and water. Add spices. Cover the slow cooker and cook for 6 hours on low or 4 on high. Can be used immediately, canned, or frozen for later use.
