got recipes from back of box but changed it ti fix my carbs allowance. Ingredients

.5 tbsp Olive Oil
.5 serving Tomatoe - Whole med (by BECKAFANO)
1 cup Spinach, fresh
2 oz Feta Cheese
3 fl oz Lemon Juice
3 tbsp Olive Oil
1 serving Mezzetta Pitted Greek Kalamata Olives (4 olives in a serving)
.34 tsp Oregano, ground
0.13 tsp Kosher Salt (by 65PLUS1)
0.13 tsp Black Pepper (Ground) (by TIARENEE)
0.5 cup Chickpeas (garbanzo beans)
0.25 cup Ancient Harvest - Harmony Quinoa - Tri-Color grains (by TICIASPLAN)
Directions
cook quinoa / cool. Make the dressing by mixing 3 tbsp olive oil, spices, olives, lemon juice set aside. heat .5 tbsp of oil in pan. add peas, tomatoes, cook for 5 to 7 min .stir in spinach until wilted. stir in quinoa . season with salt and pepper and add dressing / toss and add the feta cheese and mix and divide into 2 servings.
