Introduction

Gluten free cheese bread. Great meal for breakfast. Pair well with a good cup of coffee. Enjoy!
* Polvilho doce can be found in Brazilian stores as well as Hispanic stores under Almidon. I do not recommend the yucca starch from Asian stores because the taste is weird!

Ingredients

    1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    .25 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
    4 tbsp Polvilho doce
    .5 tsp Salt

Directions

Mix everything in small bowl. Heat a small skillet, pour the batter. Cook until the edges lifts and turn up side down. Cook the other side.
