Ingredients

    1 lb. ground sirloin
    1 packet taco mix (I used Bi-Lo brand)
    1/3 cup green bell pepper, chopped
    1/3 cup red bell pepper, chopped
    1/3 cup onion, chopped
    8 taco shells, heated
    8 Tblsp tomatoes, chopped
    8 Tblsp low-fat cheddar cheese, chopped

Directions

Prepare ground sirloin and taco mix according to packet directions. After reducing heat add peppers and onions; simmer for 15 minutes. Then add filling to taco shells; top with cheese and tomatoes. Can also add shredded lettuce, sour cream and guacamole.
