Ingredients

    1.0 tsp Ginger, ground
    2.0 tbsp Basil
    3.0 cup, chopped or sliced Red Ripe Tomatoes
    1.0 tbsp Basalmic Vinegar
    8.0 oz Feta cheese, cow, Organic Valley

Directions

Chop the tomatoes to your desired size, then toss in the crumbled feta and herbs. Serving Size: 1/2 cup
