    425 grams/15 oz/1 can Pumpkin, canned, without salt
    1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
    3 large Egg white, fresh
    .25 tsp Nutmeg, ground
    .25 tsp Ginger, ground
    .25 tsp Cloves, ground
    1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    2/3 cup Lakanto or sweetener of choice

Tips

Taste and adjust spices and sweetener to suit yourself.


Directions

Throw it all in one bowl, Blender together well.
Bake for 15 min at 400 and 45 min at 325
