Introduction

Ron makes this recipe when he knows I am coming to visit! It is so good. We will see how I do with it. It is meant to be poured into carved out Kaiser Rolls with the carved out part set on the side to dunk in whatever is left over. It's soooo goood!
The Kaiser rolls have NOT been included in the nutrition. Don't forget to add them to your nutrition.

Ingredients

3 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw
    1 large Onions, raw
    2 can Canned Tomatoes
1 serving Wendy's Hot Chili Seasoning
1 tsp Spice World Minced Garlic
1 serving Soup, Lipton Onion soup mix(1 Packet)
56 oz Canned Tomato, Crushed, 28oz
0.75 cup Bell peppers (Green, Red, Yellow, Orange)
32 oz Kirkland 88% Lean Ground Beef 12% fat serv size 4 oz
    2 cans Bush's Chili Beans

Directions

In a large pot combine the ground beef, Celery, Green Pepper, onion and minced garlic over medium-high heat, brown for 10-15 min.
Add crushed tomatoes and small cans of tomatoes, Lipton onion packet, Chili seasoning. Mix well. Bring to a boil.
Add 2 cans of chili beans.
Reduce heat to low and simmer for 30 min.

Meanwhile cut a 1-1/2 circle off the top of each roll and remove the bread circles. Hollow out the rolls leaving 1/2 inch of bread around the sides, creating bowls.

Place the bread bowls on plates and spoon the chili into them, allowing the chili to over flow.

I have not added the Kaiser rolls to the nutrition.
