Ingredients

2 Cup HCF Colby & Monterey Jack Shredded Cheese
8 Oz. Tyson Oven Roasted Diced Chicken Breast
1/2 Can HEB Cream of Jalapeno Condensed Soup
1/2 Can GV Cream of Chicken Soup (Condensed) Low Cholesterol Low Fat
1/2 Can RoTel MILD Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies
6 HEB White Corn Tortillas
1/4 tsp Onion powder
1/4 tsp Garlic powder
1/2 tsp Chili powder
Directions
1. Preheat Oven to 350 F. Spray Baking Dish with cooking spray.
2. In a Large Bowl, combine (Pre-cooked) Chicken (heated in microwave or as packaged directions), Soups, Ro-Tel and Dry Seasonings. Stir well until mixed. Add Salt & Pepper to taste.
3. Spray bottom of baking dish with non-stick olive oil cooking spray. Layer 1/3 of the tortilla pieces in the bottom of the baking dish. Top with 1/3 of the chicken mixture and 2/3 cup of cheese. Repeat Layers - Ending with cheese on top.
4. Bake uncovered 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
