Ingredients

1.50 tbsp Chili powder
1 tsp Cumin seed
1 tsp Garlic powder
1.50 tsp Onion powder
1.50 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Pepper, black
1.50 tsp Salt
1 large Onions, raw
0.50 can (6 oz) Tomato Paste
1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Yellow Peppers (bell peppers)
12 tsp Aldi Minced Garlic
1.75 cup Hunt's Diced Tomatoes
16 oz Ground Buffalo (Wild Idea)
16 oz Buffalo Meat
Tips
I used 1/2 ground buffalo, and half buffalo steak, cut in small pieces. So good!
Directions
Add buffalo to a Instant Pot. Use your spatula to crumble the buffalo. Add chopped green pepper and onion.
Cook on saute, stirring occasionally, until buffalo is browned.
Once your buffalo is cooked, add the other ingredients to the pot. Stir. Cover and set Instant Pot to "Bean/Chili" setting.
Top with green onions, avocado, cilantro, or onion. Enjoy!
Serving Size: Makes 8 one-cup servings
