Introduction

Ingredients

    6 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1 cup, chopped Carrots, raw
    3 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw
    4 clove Garlic
    12 oz Broccolli
    1 cup Cauliflower, raw

Tips

Freeze your veggie scraps in ziplock bags to make awesome veggie stock! Even your onion and garlic skins are filled with flavor!


Directions

Place all ingredients in slowcooker on high and let cook till it tastes the way you like it. I let it go about twelve hours, for a rich deep flavor.
