Ingredients

    1 large Onions, raw
    21.6 oz Pork, fresh, ground, raw
    3 serving Baby Bella Mushrooms (3 oz)
    227 grams Mushrooms, fresh
    2 cup Green Giant "cauliflower crumbles" fried rice blend (by VFR4US)
    3.5 cup Hunt's Diced Tomatoes
    .5 package (10 oz) Spinach, fresh
    227 grams Carrots, raw
    3.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    4 tsp Better than Bouillion, chicken base (by NPAUL929)

Tips

Besides salt and pepper I added some fresh thyme and oregano as well


Directions

brown veggies and meat, pour in tomatoes and water, season to taste and let simmer for a few hours
