Ingredients

2 cup, chopped Walnuts
256 gram(s) Daisy - Sour Cream
8 Serving Kraft Jell-o Brand Sugar Free Low Calorie Gelatin Dessert (Jello)
1 cup Dole Pineapple Tidbits 100% Pineapple juice
2 cup, unthawed Strawberries, frozen, unsweetened
4 serving Breyer’s Low Carb Vanilla Icecream
1 cup Sir Kensington’s Mayonnaise
Directions
Bottom layer - 1 6oz pkg. lime sugar free jello, 2 c low carb, low sugar ice cream, 1 16boz can of crushed pineapple drained. Mix jello with 1c boiling water, add ice cream & pineapple. Pour into large glass dish. Refrigerate until set.
Middle layer - 16oz sour cream, 1 c Sir Kensington’s Avocado Oil Mayo, 2c chopped walnuts. Mix & spread on lime layer. Return to frig.
Topping - 1 16oz pkg raspberry or strawberry jello, 1 16oz pkg of frozen strawberries, thawed. Mix jello & 1c boiling water, stir in strawberries & allow to cool before pouring on white layer.
Note: If you use too much water it will not set up. Pkgs say to use 2c of boiling water, but only use one!
Original recipe has mini marshmallows added in the top layer.
