Introduction

Ingredients

1 c. fresh raspberries
1 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. all purpose flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 tbs baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
2 eggs lightly beaten
1/2 c. 2% milk
1/3 c. canola oil
1 6 oz carton fat free plain yogurt
1 c. semisweet or dark chocolate chips
1/8 c. chopped pecans
Directions
Preheat 400F. Lightly coat 18 small muffin cups with nonstick spray or use muffin liners. Wash and drain berrries.
In a large bowl combine flours, sugar, powder and salt. Make a well in center and set aside.
In another bowl combine eggs, milk, oil and yogurt. Add egg mixture all at once to flour mixture. Stir just until moistened but lumpy. Fold in raspberries chocolate. Spoon batter into muffin cups about 3/4 full. Sprinkle with pecans if desired.
Bake 18-20 min or until golden and toothpick comes out clean. Cool on wire rack.
