Ingredients

    6.0 serving Chicken - Boneless & Skinless Breast (4 ounces)
    0.75 cup Golden Grain Mission - Rainbow Rotini Pasta
    1.0 can (10.75 oz) Cream of Chicken Soup
    0.25 tsp Salt
    10.0 spear (about 5" long) Broccoli, fresh
    2.0 cup Half and Half Cream

Directions

In a nonstick pan or you can spray with no calories cooking pray cook chicken for 10 to 15 minutes. Until slightly cooked. Now add the pasta, cramer, 4 cups of water and 1/8 of salt. Cover and cook until pasta is almost done but still a little raw; at that time add broccoli cook until pasta and broccoli are cooked.
