Ingredients

1 package (20 oz) Strawberries, frozen, unsweetened
1 cup dry Oatmeal (plain)
1.25 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
150 gram Truvia Natural Brown Sugar Blend (by SQUIGGSIE)
3 tbsp Argo 100% Pure Corn Starch
.5 cup Butter, unsalted
2 tsp Cinnamon, ground
75 gram Stevia in the Raw
Tips
Serve crisp warm with whipped topping (reduced sugar).
Directions
In a 4 quart sauce pan, thaw frozen strawberries in 3 cups of water, and 2 tsp of cinnamon. Let simmer for 20 minutes.
In a large bowl take quick oatmeal, brown sugar, flour, and butter melted, blending well to make a crumbling mix; set aside.
In a 13 x 9 inches, place thawed strawberries in the bottom of pain minus the juice. In the sauce bring the juice to a boil sprinkle cornstarch, with stevia and blend until the juice thickens. Add the sauce on top of the strawberries, and then top with the oat crumble on top. Bake in a 350 oven for 30 minutes.
