Ingredients

    6 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk
    56 gram(s) aldi cream cheese (by ONESTEPCLOSER3)
    .25 cup Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters)
    24 tbsp great value almond flour (by CHIROCW)
    3 tsp Great Value Baking Powder (by ARUBALOVER)

Tips

Cookbook creator says instead of 1-1/2 cups almond flour, use 1-1/4 cup almond flour and 1/4 cup whey protein will make it more like bread.

Also putting ice in a heated pan in the oven will cause the bagels to raise more.


Directions

Melt cheeses in microwave.

Stir in egg.

Add dry ingredients.

Mix until dough and then hand mix - my first attempt was 20 mixes.
